This service sends a fully trained and equipped two-man delivery team to your residence who then bring the product(s) inside to the room of your choice. When your product is ready, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a delivery by our logistics company. Two days prior to the day of delivery, the logistics company are able to text you confirming am or pm. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route. The products unwrapped and fully assembled by the crew. All packaging is then taken away for recycling. Additionally, if you wish to dispose of the furniture that this product is replacing, please contact our customer service team.
